Çekmeköy Urban Life Center is conceived as a multi-functional, inviting, and socially oriented public building. It brings together sports, education, culture, and community activities in a unified architectural language, offering a vibrant environment that contributes to the well-being and social life of the surrounding neighborhood.

Contextual inputs—movement patterns, environmental factors, and neighborhood dynamics—directly inform functional zoning and the formation of the project’s architectural identity.

The concept emerges from the interplay of form, function, and landscape—crafting a dynamic architectural language rooted in user experience and contextual sensitivity.

The ground level serves as the project’s social core, linking active functions with open green spaces through clear wayfinding and seamless spatial transitions.

These upper levels establish a quieter, learning-focused environment, defined by visual permeability, articulated program zoning, and well-integrated terrace connections.

The parking floor operates as a functional backbone, enabling smooth vehicular flow, secure pedestrian transitions, and seamless integration with the building’s vertical circulation system.

Both visual tools enhance the architectural narrative by revealing spatial depth, material logic, and the project’s contextual integration.
